Daily Schedule

The school day begins promptly at 7:30 a. m. and ends at 2:25 p.m. Kindergarten children have a staggered entrance for the first two school days. Then they will begin a full day schedule. Once they begin, kindergarteners are at school all day. 

Since the school day for teachers begins at 7:20 a. m., the school will not open for students until 7:30. Please do not drop them off until this time since there will be no adult supervision provided until 7:30.

Car Riders need to be picked up between 2:30 and 2:50 p.m. Supervision of students will end at 2:50 to allow time for teachers to plan meaningful instruction, confer with parents, and attend professional meetings.

 Our daily schedule is:

7:20 Staff members in their designated areas
7:30 Students report to classrooms or to the cafeteria for breakfast
7:55 Tardy Bell rings
7:55-2:25 Classroom Instruction with daily Discovery Time (Science Enrichment on Fridays)
2:25 Bus students are dismissed and at 2:30 car riders are dismissed
3:20 Staff day ends

Conferences with parents should be arranged after 2:50 p.m.
